Perhaps buyers feel more comfortable buying those types of items from a seller with a business account.
Private accounts are only for getting rid of unwanted personal possessions.

You must upgrade to business seller.
Buyers are reluctant to buy new items from unregistered businesses.

As advised by others, register correctly as a business seller, but also check your listing titles - the first three words are the most important when it comes to buyers searching for and finding your items. Imagine you're looking for one of your items and what three words you might type in to find it. They should then be the first three in that listing title.

Please see the answer from @tobiasd4 . There is no option that you can register as "private". If you are selling new goods [basically for profit] rather than items that you have had for years then you are - from Day 1 - a business.
EBay does require you to register as such and give your buyers their legal rights

Use a business account as any buyers are paying more than they need to when looking at your listings as the buyer fee is added to private sellers sale price and buyers will purchase from correctly registered businesses where they don't have to pay this extra fee

Starting a business on eBay (which is what you have done, and need to register as such) isn't easy.
You can't be surprised that buyers are not beating a path to your door. Literally millions of other sellers on eBay are selling the same sort of low priced unbranded Chinese made items that can be sourced from wholesalers.
Starting in a small way, you are at a huge disadvantage to established, high volume sellers. They will be able to both buy and sell stock for less than you can. eBay will give them better visibility than you when buyers search using "best match", placing their listings near to the top whereas your listings will be multiple pages down. Plus they will have feedback in the thousands, and you have none.
Good luck, you may get there if you work at it, but as you have discovered it will be an uphill task trying to compete in such an already overcrowded market.
Think about selling in a smaller, niche market, and if possible specialise in something you know about - for example do you have a hobby that can be grown into business? Are you a collector? Do you make or repair things? Plenty of members have grown thriving small businesses by building on their own interests and skills.
