Do you have no record of old card number?

Was it a debit or credit card?

Surely you must still have old card statements, or even till receipts for purchases made using it? These will show the card number used.

I can't believe that you didn't keep any record of your card number! What would you do if you had to report it lost or stolen?

Bottom line - if you can't find anything, phone your card issuer for help.
