is there some tech hitch on ebay at the moment ? i accepted a best offer on some chairs i was selling but the item is still active on my listings ?

Nope it's not a glitch, your buyer has not paid , and until they do,  the item stays on for sale, so someone else can buy them.

Your buyer with the accepted offer,  will get a message from eBay after 48 hours that they need to pay you.
