You have responded to the feedback left - that is all you can do if Ebay won't remove it. They won't look at evidence so their argument that this is the buyer's opinion will mean the feedback won't be removed.
If you look at your buyer requirements page, you will see that you can't block bidders with less than 10 feedback. You can apply other blocks and then select to only apply those blocks to members with less than 10 feedback.

You cannot block peeps with less than 10 feedback.
You and I started with zero feedback, how would you feel bidding and being blocked just because you were a new buyer with no feedback?
eBay spend Millions on advertising for new members to join eBay, they definitely would not tell them they cannot buy anything until their feedback shows 10!
eBay do not see the item sold, so they will generally believe a buyer. All you can do, is to try and appease the buyer to prove this is a genuine item. Then, you can send them a feedback revision to complete.

Scottish Wemyss Ware pottery is made in Fife, Scotland, but the photo your buyer included with her feedback is marked as made in England. This seems a reasonable concern for her to have raised.
It's just a pity that she didn't try to resolve this before leaving negative feedback, but I don't know why you expcted eBay to remove it - if anything, it supports her complaint.
The answer is probably for both of you to calm down and discuss this amicably. I don't suppose anyone is trying to lie, but why is this Wemyss pig marked as made in England? It could be that the item is a copy, or perhaps Wemyss Ware was once made in England?
