 Simple delivery is still showing £2.74 for a letter under 100g . and this we have been told will not happen .so when will all this nightmare with simple delivery be sorted ,

Do you honestly still think SD should apply to you when it doesn't apply to business accounts?

items for £10 or under and less then 100g would be exempt this has not happened ?We have been told it is being sorted ? but no update ,&  7 days to go before compulsory SD  , &  business accounts are next ?
