trying to list a car on ebay. i have a shop that sells other things. trying to set up a no returns policy but nothing seems to happen. i created a no returns policy and it still wont accept. I seem to be stuck and i remember ebay having agood customer service, but it seems to have disappeared or is now a hidden customer service.

This link should get you through to CS. However as a business user you have to accept returns, you cannot have a no return policy.

if only they made that clear it would of saved me an hour of my life. thank you for the info.
its amazing what info you discover after you spend all that time trying to list something just to find that a second hand car has to have a returns policy.....which is a bit silly.

Just to add , if you are trying to list a car, use a laptop / PC and Chrome, and most would agree, it's best to list it, in a Classified ad format.

With cars you are best listing them in the classified section, then you don't have the returns issue. Also its a fixed fee for 30 days so you wont pay to relist if you have a time waster.
Don't remove the listing from the classified section until your buyer has collected.

thanks, ive listed it now and paid for the pleasure of a 10 day listing that shows a returns policy. if only i had known before ...arggghhhhhhhh

i wandered why so many people seem to list cheap cars with FB, now it all makes sense....i know for next time. ive just paid £17 for a 10 day listing with a policy that doesnt make sense.....lesson learnt. thanks for all your help
