invoicing for post after payment made

Buyer paid for multiple items and instead of waiting for a combined invoice they paid as collection without postage but want it posted. How can i send an invoice for the postage. There is no option in the drop down menu.

You can't send an invoice once the buyer has paid.

You can cancel and relist with postage which would be best or send payment details bank transfer or paypal.

If you post a collection item you will need the buyers collection code to release payment which they are unlikely to provide before receiving the item and once received may not provide it.
