please use a way of identifying drop shippers , they are a scourge as we need to know where our goods come from and are shipped from a simple red tick or bright yellow tick to indicate they are not the owner of the goods and that it will come from china which takes longer then the stated delivery time
also fix the search it MUST be fixed toi my country and THEN if i chose become worldwide or Europe wide its tedious to keep having to change it

Your item should be coming from whatever location is showing under 'Located in' at the top right of the listing in the postage section.
If it's not, then that would be location misrepresentation and reportable.

Properly used drop shipping is not the demon you think it is! Only registered business seller are allowed to drop ship on eBay. This is a common and sensible arrangement whereby a business seller can arrange with their wholesalers to ship items direct to the customer. This can save on storage and transport costs and when properly used benefits all parties. The seller remains entirely responsible for the sale and for any after-sales issues that may arise.
What you are referring to sounds like private sellers who don't even own the items they're selling but just buy them from sites like Amazon for delivery to the buyer. This is expressly prohibited on eBay. Private sellers are not allowed to drop ship at all, and no-one is allowed to drop ship from any online retail store. Drop shipping that doesn't comply with these requirements can be reported to eBay.
I'm not aware of drop shipping being used from China. It's more likely that what you have experienced is sellers located in China who use a UK distribution base to fulfil orders. The problems here are that items claimed to be UK stock are often sent from China anyway, and that it's not even made obvious to buyers that the seller is in China. But here again, if the location of the item is misrepresented this is reportable to eBay.
