i've click on collection for a parcel (royal mail) but now need to cancel this how do I do it?

i've click on collection for a parcel (royal mail) but now need to cancel this as have printed the label and taken it to the PO myself. Don't want the postie having a wasted journey and bringing me the label. Any ideas how to cancel this collection. Tried Ebay Customer Services but Live chat not available. Any help appreciated.

If you arranged it through ebay you will probably have to cancel through them too.   You can contact them by requesting a callback on here:
