how to set up as a business name with logo etc

I have added products as a business but it want it to be  a full business page with logo, contact details etc, is that possible ???

It is possible but currently you are registered as a private seller, which by your admission here and heat source pumps you are offering indicates you are a business seller. Get your account sorted first and come back and we can assist.

I dont see how to change this over to a business account, why are these things always so complex. I clicked on business at the set up stage.

To correctly register as a business seller simply go to your,  Personal Information in your account and to the right of Account Type, which will be showing as 'Individual'  you'll see an Edit option.

That was very helpful thank you, I now need to get it set up as a shop I think then i can add an identity eg logo ???

You don't have to have a shop.  You need to do the maths to see if it's the better financial option.
