how to mark item dispatched when buyer wants posting instead of buyer collect

How do you mark item as dispatched? Buyer paid to collect without realising only option. I added extra for postage which was paid. How so I clear the screen which is still redaing buyer to collect and needs QR code or number code. Thank you

How did you add extra for postage, if buyer had paid first? It would have to be added and a revised invoice sent before payment.

I suspect that if listed for collection, the buyer would have been send a QR code, which he can give to you as the option to mark as dispatched probably is not in the drop down menu.
