Thank you for your post.
If this is for simple delivery and if the label with qr code is not used within 7 days it expires. In this situation you will need to purchase another label and request a refund for the expired one.
If the label is within the 7 days and giving you an expired message please contact customer support who should be able to review and provide you with a new label.
