No way through ebay, apart from cancelling sale and relisting with correct postage.
Only other ways are by paypal, bank transfer or cheque.
Buyer is not obliged to pay more, what is quoted on the listing is all he needs to pay.

Best way then would be to cancel the order with the buyer's permision so citing ' Buyer Requests to Cancel' this refunds the buyer and your seller performance is not affected.
Then relist the item with the correct postage charges, for the buyer to buy and pay again.

Yep, it is a faff no denying that, and ensure the buyer is messaged exactly what and why this is being cancelled, you need their permission to do so.
