how do i appeal a very high service metric

service metric item not as described has risen to very high as have been ill and not listed anything for 5 weeks which has pushed % up

I doubt that an appeal would be successful, as ebay do not make exceptions.

Unfortunately a drop in number of sales does always have this affect, with defects etc. remaining the same but representing a higher % in relation to sales.
