That is not something that Ebay allows, unless it's a motor vehicle.

Well this will be the last time i sell on eBay then, having been a member for nearly 25 years, they just make it more difficult to sell something. I have no problem in paying eBay any fees, but to be treated this way, as though we can't be responsible is stupid.

They no longer allow cash on collection (or the bank transfer you ask for in your listing).  Payment has to be made through Ebay checkout so it seems to not be a suitable place for your item.
