Return requested but they've damaged item

Hi guys I've sold an item and the buyer is complaining the item has something wrong with it but the photos I asked for show they have completely torn the item since receiving it.There's no option to refuse the return.They're obviously no good to me now as they defaced them.As you can see from the last photo they wwere sent new she claims to have "Tried them on" What can I do please?

Buyer opens item not as described case, you issue returns label and refund on return. 

Ebay never see the item, but believe buyer.

You can try to appeal on return. Good luck.

However, you are trading illegally as unregistered business.

No private sellers have that many new items to dispose of.

So don't be surprised if ebay force you to upgrade.
