have not scanned the collection in person code ?

Hello,

 Yesterday a customer had arranged to collect a item I sold as was in the area. They paid in advance around 2 weeks ago but wanted to collect yesterday as did not want to risk damage to the item. We said around 3 pm. Anyway they were running late and i needed to go off to work so i messaged i would leave item in  our porch. They came and collected around 4 when no one was in. Now I was not able to scan collection code so payment shows as still pending. What do I need to do ???

You can ask the buyer now to give you the code via message.   If not you will have to wait up to 21 days for the money to be released but you will get it in the end.
