Being bribed.

I recently purchased some items which weren't up to scratch and caused a bad reaction from something in the products.

The seller had  a 100% rating.

I left a three star review a few weeks ago. Now I've received an email promising me a full refund only if I leave a five star review. The seller provided a link.

I've contacted eBay. What other steps can I take to ensure this seller doesn't take action against me, by leaving me negative feedback?

Being bribed.

You do not have to change your feedback and if you're still within 3 days f the item's last estimated date for delivery you could receive a full refund opening a case for item not as described.

Sellers are not allowed to leave a negative feedback for buyers,  if this seller does,  contact eBay Customer Services,  they will remove it,  and place a policy violation strike on the seller's account.
