harassment and intimidation advice please

Last week ( I used to buy too many handbags I won't use )

I listed a lot of bags but there were no watchers. Now I have checked today and virtually ever one has a watcher but no option to send an offer.

Am I right in thinking it may be someone I had to block due to a lot of upset they caused me and they are just watching to intimidate me & how can I report them if I am not sure who it is. It is very unnerving to see a list of one person watching virtually every item , unable to send an offer and well, 

I realise they can't buy if they are blocked but it is creepy and intimidation and I would like advice how to deal with it please , Any advice is appreciated Thanks

Buyers can set their setting so they don't receive offers.

Thank you I did not know they could do that, so it could be someone Not blocked watching about 20-30 of my items which are all different ? Seems a big coincidence but thanks for the information.

Are your items on this account? Unless ebay is playing up again I can't see any listings.

People watch items for all sorts of reasons, and as you are selling vintage bags, which is a very popular category you may have several different watchers on these items. 

I doubt it is anyone wanting to cause trouble, jus someone, or several prospective buyers watching.

You cannot stop anyone watching, and ebay won't do anything, nor will they give out identities of watchers.

There's 47 different items with a watcher and none of them have send an offer.

It seems like a lot of people in one day out of 80 odd items,. and none are available to send an offer to. Just seems like a high number without the facility to send any offers at all but thanks for your advice and information

PS - I clicked on the view listings and it took me to my former Ebay user ID rather than dragonpod the one I use now so I'm not sure what s going on there. At least it has taken my mind off 47 watchers with no ability to send offers.
