Advice if anyone can-Looks like Ive cocked up-Buyer collected when i had booked as delivered-I then cancelled the listing as agreed so he could re-buy with a collection instruction(I realise this was a mistake) and now he wont rebid and has the goods for nothing!!

Sorry but there's nothing you can do. There seems to be a lot of casual dishonesty around at the moment. 😞
If it's the play house door and window you should take it off ebay before someone else "buys" it.   You also have £2.94 postage on there.   Click on the dropdown menu next to the item on your selling page > End listing.   Or use this link:

Or at least revise it and remove the postage, if you think you need to allow your buyer more time.

As I discovered the hard way myself many years ago, if you give an item ito someone's custody it's hard to prove any sort of crime. Probably the best you could hope for is to win a breach of contract case through the Online Civil Money Claims procedure, if you have the evidence and there's enough involved to make it worthwhile trying.
eBay won't be able to help you.
