I sold items, on 31/1/25 was paid by the buyer and I posted the items 2 days later the buyer informed me 1 day later that he had received the items and in good condition, now Ebay have took it upon them selves to hold my payment until 13/2/25 even though the buyer has the items and in good condition I have no items and no payment. seems Ebay are dictating to sellers as to when they recieve any payments. been with Ebay since 2007 think its time to move on !!!!!!!!

Did you post the item using tracking and enter the tracking into the order details so ebay can view them,or did you buy ebay labels where tracking is automatically uploaded.

If no then you will get paid within 14 days as ebays  new private seller and buyer protection rules commence today.

I sent items with Royal Mail at my local post office, and I supplied the tracking number to the buyer who has informed me that he had received the items. And all in good condition (I will not use Evri as eBay suggested as I have heard of parcels being left in full view outside premises and going missing,my items were paid for,my items were posted,my items were received in good order,which the buyer confirmed. All done with no hassle yet I am dictated as to when I get my payment 😡😡😡

Look to enter the tracking into the order details page,and hopefully that may reduce your waiting time for payment,but no guarantees at this point.
