fraudulent activity report

Hi All, I am just curious as personally I think it is another scam by buyers. I sold a top beginning of Jan 2024, as soon as the 90 days passed I received from ebay, "funds with held as it was reported as a fraudulent purchase by the buyer via their bank" as transaction not recognized. I disputed it and stated that the buyer had left feedback for the item and yet the outcome was in their favour, so basically they got the top for free and I got nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Has anybody else had this happen

Ebay don't consider feedback, they say buyer may have left it in error.

Problem is case is opened against ebay and they don't contest it.

I believe these cases can be contested by the production of a tracking number proving delivery to the buyer's address. If you didn't send it tracked you are left high and dry and will have to refund. 

Very unfair, but that's ebay.
