excellent item being returned as damaged

i just sold an excellent conditioned phone, the buyer has said that its damaged, and has one the case to send it back. now i'm £100 out of pocket, how do i claim this back thru ebay please???

You will not be able to claim anything from ebay.

Buyers pay for BUYER PROTECTION , nothing for seller protection, that is the risk you take selling on ebsy.

I would say that if buyer WON case on ebay, that implies you did not deal with case so will have a defect on your account.
