evri (bought via ebay) lost my parcel

Hi Evri has lost a parcel I sent through them (buyer chose the courier) but they are saying I can’t place the claim with them because I bought the label through eBay simple delivery so they need to open the claim. Will eBay actually open a claim cause I can’t even find a way to talk to an actual person on here.

I have already refunded the payment to the buyer.

What should have happened is the buyer opens a "not received" case, ebay refund the buyer and you keep the payment.   As you've refunded already I'm not sure ebay will do anything but you can contact them and ask.  You can request a callback on here:
