What is going on with this company first of all wanted to sign in so needed to put code in where i live signal is *bleep* might take 4 hours to get code, you have 59 secs to use this spent 8 hours talking to their chat assitants waste of time so changed my password but still cannot get in, i have a email told them to send code to that they did put code in put that in still wated to send code via mobile been with them 14 years just a waste of time it's not a secret service company,  less problems getting info when i was in the army.

You must have "got in" to eBay to be able to post this question. (Not that you actually asked one!)

You only joined eBay today and it can take a bit of time to get used to things. Having a weak signal is a huge handicap if using the phone app. If possible, try to use a PC with reliable wi-fi.
