ebay package with my address and someone elses name

Received a package (left on doorstep by Evri) with someone else's name and my adress. Have tried Evri but there is no way to talk to an actual person. The website says contact sender. No sender details but there is an eby code in adress - any suggestions what to do?

The Ebay code is a VTN (virtual tracking number) and doesn't mean the paarcel can be traced to the sender.

If there are no sender details, there is not anything you can do.

I would keep it for a while and then dispose of it.

Is it a low cost item?
