everytime i run an ad campaign i get charged 2x the amount i have allowed. but i also do not get the promoton the other half of that money would get me. i would be more accepting if they went over budget and i still got the promotion the stolen money pays for but it does not
i ran a small ad campaign of £3 for 5 days and they charged me £30 before VAT, i look back at my other ad campaigns and it turns out they do this every time
yet when my daily budget runs out the ad campaign pauses and has to wait until it has another day of budget to use.. so i am not sure where or how they always manage to charge me 2x on my campaigns.. i bet i am not the first or only person this has happened too either
they gave me loads of excuses but you know how ebay support is, they say anything to get you to leave/hang up. the first time it happened i instantly got a refund for the stolen amount but this time round im being lied to non stop by support and getting no help at all!
