eBay won’t let me list an electric bike I want to sell. I get a message saying I’m not eligible.

I have created a listing to sell my electric bike which is now sitting in the draft section as it won’t let me listen electric it as I get a message to say I’m not eligible. 
How do I overcome thus?

Only business sellers are allowed to sell E bikes.
