Who at eBay cares when they are the cause of the issue?
We use fully tracked with photo evidence on all our shipping. Every order placed before 3pm is shipped same day. All tracking data is uploaded as soon as the postage is applied.
eBay are now sending messages to our customers telling them they ordered today, it was shipped today AND bloody delivered today!!!
Now if I don't respond to all the customer emails of complaint eBay will punish us with hiked fees and lower ratings!
