After using eBay simple delivery the first part went smoothly printing out the label applying too packaging and dropping off at the post office. Bit the buyer has recently messaged me saying that instead of the jewellery they purchased theyv received a total strangers phot albums (with photo of evidence to verify) I can find no support from eBay itself what so ever just end up going around in circles.not only uas this upset my buyer and the poor person who has now just lost their photos but it looks bad on me. Does any one have any suggestions on where to go from here.
