eBay pushing parcels then taking my money

Very suspicious and expected after the buyer protection was bought down lower. I sell sd card readers, postage is bad enough at £1.55 for a large letter. The other day someone bought 4 but chose a small parcel for delivery! whereas I can post upto 9 card readers in a £1.55 large letter! I've seen this happen before when eBay is pushing me to use a parcel instead of a letter. I'm assuming they make some money off that. They wouldn't let me change it after I did reselect a large letter. Instead they took all my money by taking postage of £6.55 and they don't give any option of getting a refund or addressing the issue 🤔

You are selling multiples of new items as a private seller.

You should upgrade to business seller.

When done, no more SD, you choose postage.

Not worth it as I barely sell one a month. I was just putting it out there and to see what others have experienced

It's not a question of 'being worth it', it's the only way not to break a number of laws.
