eBay motors, search options are GONE!

Is it just me, or have eBay taken away the search options for eBay motors?

Changing people £14.99 just to list, then people can't even find the items locally to them?

It's Friday... the day ebay generally mess things up by tinkering... it's a known error and been worked on. There are many similar threads to yours making mention of the matter.
