eBay is showing 'This seller won't send this item to United Kingdom' but I'm in the UK and want to?

eBay is showing 'This seller won't send this item to United Kingdom' but I'm in the UK and want to? 

I need to know what changes I need to make in settings as have 3 buyers all waiting to purchase. 

I feel I've tried everything including turning on Worldwide shipping, including EU.

Where are these buyers in the UK?  If in the Channel Isles,  especially Jersey or Guernsey eBay have deemed those places to be in Europe,  so you'll need to exclude,  untick Europe in your Site Preferences for places you do not post to.  Tick the box to apply to existing listings,  too.

Or,  add those buyer's ID's to your exemption list, in Site Preferences,  see if that helps.
