eBay Priority Campaigns : Consuming almost 2X of my daily budget (excl. VAT)

I am using eBay PPC campaigns since a month now. And I am getting some results. But I had to pause my campaigns when I noticed that my campaigns were showing almost 2X of my daily budget being spent, on daily basis, e.g., One of my campaigns was set to £20 daily budget but it showed almost £40 being spent daily. I manually calculated everything like average CPC and clicks as well and it resulted the same.

No matter how many listings (I usually add 1-7 listings to the same campaign) I add, it's the same. First I thought maybe it was because I added two different product categories to the same campaign, so I changed it to one product category. But no use.

Does anyone here have any idea what's going on?
