About 12 Months ago, I decided to try and go for top rated plus (I think it was called at the time), now called ebay premium service, it mean changing to 30 Day returns and offering free postage. When I did this when my next evaluation took place I received the 10% discount on my final value fees.
For a few months now, I am not seeing the discounts. I have not changed anything. My seller dashboard is showing Top Rated, well within defect rates, however at the bottom its only showing 1 listing qualifying.
I really don't know if eBay have changed the goalposts or what? Can someone help me decode what I need to do to get it back???
Usually too busy too look at this, but things are slow, so could do with trying to get this benefit back.
