eBay announced that w.e.f 28 April private sellers funds would be released automatically when delivery tracked and positive feedback left, instead of the usual 2 day wait. This is not happening. Three times I have had to ring Customer Services and have multiple agents deny all knowledge of the new policy. It took over an hour each time to get a supervisor on the line who agreed I was right and manually released the funds. Why do eBay staff have no awareness of their own policies? Why are eBay not doing what the promised? I am utterly worn out speaking to clueless and obstructive agents at this point. Can someone from eBay assist with this please as I cannot be the only one affected?
