I live in the UK, am I eligible for eBay Mastercard.

This is an eBay Q & A forum,  we cannot help with queries on Mastercard,  which is a completely different Company.

However,  all I can tell you is that you have to be at least 18 years old to own a credit card.

Google Mastercard for their online form to see if you can apply.

There's no such thing as an 'eBay Mastercard' - where are you seeing this?

Be careful that is isn't some kind of scam to get your personal information.
