Hi everyone,
I’m a bit confused and could use some help.
I sold an item and paid for the shipping label myself, but eBay is still saying that the shipping fee will be deducted from the money I’m supposed to receive from the sale.
I don’t understand why this is happening since I’ve already paid for the postage separately.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is it a glitch, or is there something I’m missing?
