Do buyers get any discounts or does ebay pass over any special discounts when the items are offered under dynamic add rates ?

The dynamic add rate is only on the seller side. The system will determine the best rate to give the item the optimum placement across the site.

Many thanks for the replay. Just that when I offered the same item at lower price without the dynamic add the viewing is 1/3 while with dynamic add the viewing increases two times even at high prices. That made me wonder if there is an inherent discount somewhere.
