disappearing purchase history and seller

I purchased an item from e-shopdealsukseller. It arrived but I requested a return. I received an email asking why it was being returned (signed by some called Cody). When I tried to follow the link to reply a screen popped up stating 'Something went wrong. It's not you it's us'. An other email arrived from Ebay stating it was a Returns label. Same thing when I try to open the label. When I go into my account the purchase has totally disappeared from my purchase history. The seller has totally disappeared from Ebay as far as I can see. I have the various emails with the purchase order number etc. I don't seem to be able to address this with Ebay because all the options for reporting require me to show the purchase in the account and all trace of it has disappeared. I do have an order number, I do have a seller name, and I do have the item but it is no good to me. Anyone tell me how to raise this with Ebay?

Sounds as though you were not logged in when you bought so you bought as a guest, and it will not appear in your purchase history, the only evidence you will have will be the confirmation from ebay, and cases are opened through that.

Seller will not know you as roisishanno-0 as bought by guest. Read a out it below.
