disable a product on shopify

i want to disable some products on shopify which is linked to ebay, will ebay charge me and class it as an unlisting?

Are you sure this has anything to do with ebay?

No idea what you mean by “disable” or “unlisting”. Surely anywhere you list it is your choice whether you remove an item.
