hi when i create my listing i can't find the promoted listings on the buttom and i need the promoted listings bceause without it i rarely get sales does someone know where i can find the promoted listing

From the Seller Hub here:

Then go to My eBay >>  Selling >>  Active Listing.

To the left of the item(s) click on the down arrow beside Edit, and from the drop down menu if the item is eligible , you'll see the link to ' Promote'.

The above is when using a PC / laptop I don't use the app where the instructions may be different.

Hi thank you but I didn’t use seller hub previously and I would just create
a listing and at the bottom of listingthere would be an option for promoted
listing and I could put a percentage how can I get that back
