hello i posted a games console & 2 accompanying games via Special Delivery the buyer recieved it and has notified me of damag to the casing of one of the games ,as my listing showed all items were in mint condition prior to packing & posting,not sure what to do here as we are both in the dark on this situation...there was no insurance added only what ebay provides....cheers
