So im having an issue trying to get technical support with Ebay.

Google says "call us" or "email us" and it takes to you nowhere.

The AI chatbot is terrible saying human agents are free 8am to 8pm, its 6pm and its saying their not in...

For some reason i cant sent more than 4/5 messages a day, sent 4/5 about 2 days ago and its still saying cant send more than 4/5 in a day... 

Like is there some hack happening to ebay rn or is this as bad as the support gets ?

There are activity limits for new buyers and ebay messages are often not accurate.   

Adding a credit card to your ebay account for verification should help.   In My eBay go to Account tab, towards top left > Payment information > Payments > click on Add Payment Option.

Thank you for your help, why I have to turn to the forum and a legend such as yourself has to answer instead of eBay I don't know lol. 

Will try adding a card, have asked them to call me.

Because I'm messaging sellers asking if their selling specific parts off of a broken car.

Why comment with no support or help ?

You are a new member, you are probably not aware that your messages would be seen as encouraging off ebay sales and could lead to an account ban.

Sellers have to list the actual things they are selling, if you are looking at 'wheel nut' auctions, they break a number of rules. 

Hopefully that explains why I asked the question.
