i sent a item by global shipping it shows as delivered on 10th april but the customer says not recieved
what do i need to do i cant seem to find a way of calling ebay or contact them on chat ??
the item was sent to the uk hub of global shipping which they clearly got and shipped it on
do i just message the buyer and wait for ebay to sort it out ie as they are responsible for shipping they will just refund out there own fund or do i refund or what iam not sure new to this

thanks for your help i managed to get passed the stupid ai and got a agent and they have resolved it

Don't assume Ebay will sort it out - they may refund the buyer which you do not want.
Make sure you add the UK tracking details to the case.
Then, you may have to try and contact Ebay to remind them that, as you used GSP, you only have to prove delivery within the UK and they need to deal with your buyer.
Use the 'contact us' link at the bottom of the page and persevere until you get to chat with an agent.
It doesn't seem possible at the moment to get a callback.
