combined purchases

A buyer bought two items from me. I combined them in one box and used only one label (simple delivery). How do I indicate that I have posted the items as one is still in my items to send list? Also will the buyer get a refund for the unused label?

Re: combined purchases

If buyer bought then they will be refund, but it does take 30 days.

I do not think there is a way of marking the other as dispatched, the real problem is you will only have proof of delivery for one item.

The solution is for buyers to put items in basket then pay for two items as one item. All very well, but buyers do not know this.

Re: combined purchases

Thanks - that's a pain. I wanted to save the buyer having to pay two lots of postage but I'll be penalised as it looks as if I haven't despatched one of the items!Sandra

Re: combined purchases

You can message the buyer explaining they will be refunded automatically for any Simple Delivery they paid for,  but were not used.

Bit of a faff ,  but you could cancel the order with the buyer's agreement, this fully refunds them and citing ' Buyer Requests to cancel,  does not affect your seller performance,  then relist as one listing, for the buyer to buy and pay again.
