ebay are discriminating against disabled people , l have been selling on ebay for 13 yrs now, and as a disabled person l always have my deliveries to buyers collected from my home by evri, , but now ebay only give me the option with RM or evri to drop off the parcel at a drop off point, this is bloody disgusting treatment by ebay, they are discriminating against disabled persons AND dictating which 2 delivery services l want to use, , they are unbelievable, lm seriously thinking of closing my account and going to etsy, , you should be ashamed ebay,

Lots of members are unhappy about Simple Delivery.
If you want to keep selling on the site, where you seem to currently be selling very successfully, you may have to adapt and consider your options.
If your hobby? of collecting and selling clocks has become a business, you could upgrade to a business account. Simple Delivery is not mandatory for business sellers.
You could opt to use Royal Mail only and have your parcels collected by Royal Mail.
You could pay a reliable person to post your parcels once a week.

You can still have your items collected but by RM. If you decide to do that first you have to opt out of using Evri here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/ship/prf
Then once your item is sold and after you've generated a prepaid label on eBay, book your collection on the Royal Mail website.
