I paid for 2 bottles of coco Chanel the stuff that came is clearly fake .eBay are telling me to return to sender .I am not happy doing this as it should not have been allowed on the site in the first place.and some other poor sole could get it .there does not seem to be a person you can talk to .

These are the rules , that an item has to go back to the seller,  if the seller requests this,  for the buyer to be fully refunded.

However,  if this seller is selling many fakes,  eBay will soon spot the abnormal number of returns for item not as described,  see the items the seller is selling,  and then they can and do act,  with selling sanctions , even complete selling bans for life.

It's essential you open and complete that returns case for item Does Not Match Description and Photos.

When leaving feedback do not mention the word ' fake',  this breaks eBay rules.  It's to stop competitors trashing a genuine seller's account with fake feedback.  Something on the lines of ....  disappointed the item did not match the description on this seller's listing,  would be sufficient.

Unless ebay were prepared to force a refund without you returning, then you will not get a refund.

 You should use the MONEY BACK GUARANTEE, and open a not as described case. Seller has to supply a return label and on return refund in full.

This if all buyers would use it would get very expensive for seller and coupled with NEGATIVE FEEDBACK and LOW STAR RATINGS, would warn off other buyers.

Is your seller a UK registered business seller? If so, they can reported to UK Trading Standards.

adding to the advice already given -

the only way you might get a refund and keep [destroy] the item is if you produce written proof from Chanel that its fake.
