Hi
I have received a Royal Mail notification that my parcel has been received by the Click and collect location, along with photographic proof of delivery, and delivery is confirmed on the ebay app, but it is already 3 days ago and I have not received a notification with barcode to let me go collect. The click and collect place won’t release the parcel without the code. I’m stuck in limbo here, I’ve initiated a request but seller can’t help and ebay will only step in after 3 days, by which time the click and collect venue may return my item. Who can I turn to?

You need to contact eBay Customer Services and asap, they will provide that code, as you only have 7 days from being notified that it's in store to collect it, After that time lapses the store can dispose of the items as they wish.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.
9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.
I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Many thanks Tressygirl. I went back to the click and collect place and spoke with the manager. They were able to get a new notification issued, though I suspect they didn’t do this in the first place. The notification arrived in seconds and I was able to get my item. I’m saving the info you provided for future reference though. Again, thanks for the kind assistance.
