It's a strange one but a change of the title adding the correct category, and filling in the item specifics will then allow Classified ad to show in the Pricing Format.
For example, if I put car BMW in the title, the Classified ad option does not appear. Putting in BMW 3 series motor car, selecting the category >> Cars ,Motorcyles and Vehicles, filling in the item sppecifics, Then the Classifed ad format appears.
Also use a PC / laptop and not the app or mob ile browser that may help too. Chrome and Forefox work best with eBay.
One more tip when you have successfully completed your ad, check the details and photos very carefully, as once posted live , that listing fee of £19.99 kicks in to be paid, and you cannot go back and change anythiing on the ad.
